It's December 1st . . .
The stockings are hung . . .
The tree is up . . .
The presents are (mostly) wrapped . . .
Santa and his elves are making last minute preparations for the big day . . .
And . . .
It's 80 degrees outside.
Lovely.
I'm not a huge fan of the cold. I have a strong dislike of January and February. And for the most part Texas only gets about 2-4 months of winter as it is. But geeze, 80 degrees in December is not acceptable. And the thing is, it's supposed to be like this all weekend. Next week is supposed to be a bit cooler, but yeah, it's nice and balmy today. Texas weather is weird.

Yes, this 80 degree Texas weather made for an interesting Jingle Bell parade today for my daughter. Had to swap out the sweatshirt for a T-shirt!
